By registering you are granting permission to North Edmonton Hockey Club and its representatives to photograph and/or videotape your child during his/her participation in North Edmonton HC events, practices, games and related activities.

You grant North Edmonton HC the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and/or videos of your child for the purpose of promoting North Edmonton HC, including but not limited to website content, social media, promotional materials, and press releases...

You understand and agree that neither you nor your child will receive any compensation or royalties for the use of these photographs and/or videos.

North Edmonton HC will make reasonable efforts to protect the privacy of your child. Personal information such as addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses will not be disclosed.

You may revoke this photo release consent in writing at any time. However, you understand that photographs/videos taken before the revocation may still be used by North Edmonton HC

You understand that North Edmonton HC will exercise reasonable care in the use and publication of photographs and/or videos. However, you release North Edmonton HC and its representatives from any liability for unintentional errors or omissions in the content.
